Your innovation portfolio at a glance.

Every company has plenty of ideas. What is missing is the overview: which idea is worth it, which project ties up too much budget, where are people missing? Innovation Board brings all ideas and innovation projects together in one portfolio – from the first note to the finished project.

Ideas arrive where they are born.

At the desk, in the workshop, on the phone: an idea is captured in a minute. Each gets a fixed ID and a source, so it is never lost and stays traceable.

Rate together, not by volume.

Each idea is rated for attractiveness and risk – with criteria you define. In the live rating the whole team votes at the same time on their phones, hidden and anonymous.

The result shows median, distribution and consensus per criterion. You only discuss where opinions differ.

One portfolio, one status, clear decisions.

The portfolio matrix shows all projects by attractiveness and risk. A status takes each idea through the process:

Explore – understand

Shape – form

Plan – plan

Implement – deliver

Done – finished

Bunker – waiting, visible but without budget

Decisions stay traceable, with a log and baselines per fiscal year.

Budget and capacity before it gets tight.

Costs and staff per fiscal year, a budget line and scenarios for “what if”. Capacity planning asks for skills, not names – and shows bottlenecks before three projects need the same expert at once.

Plan versus actual.

Actual costs, actual revenue and gates reached sit next to the plan. After a year you see which assumptions held – and estimate better next time.

For SMEs with more ideas than means.

For management, innovation managers, product and project leads in mid-sized companies. No installation, runs in the browser, hosted in Germany, no cookies, two-factor sign-in.
